Returns Policy

Order cancellation

Customers have the right to cancel order before shipping without giving any reason.

To exercise the right to cancel, customers must inform our customer service representative(service@room-fun.com) of the decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement.

Please note that the order cannot be cancelled once the package is shipped from our warehouse.

Returns

Customers have the right to return the products within 30 days after receiving them without giving any reason.

The refund period will expire after 30 days from the day on which customers received the products.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and in its original packaging. There is no right of return when the packaging are no longer in their original, complete, undamaged and unused state. (Please note that for hygiene reasons, we will not accept the return of the product once the packing has been opened, unless the product is found to be defective or broken when it is unpacked)

*Cost of return:
If the return is caused by the customers, customers should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the customers is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Please note that customer must confirm the return process with our customer service representative(service@room-fun.com) before returning the package. Packages that returned without confirmation from our customer service representative will not be refunded.
